Jasmine and I are in Vegas to find out about all the latest Wedding Trends at Wedding MBA (Merchants Business Academy). We will be here for three days to attend several seminars at the Las Vegas Convention Centre. Some of the courses we have attended include Keys to Being a Wedding Superstar, Bridal Black Belt, Weddings by Designs, Breaking Business Barriers, etc. It’s been super exciting learning about the hottest new designs and new ways to serve you better. This convention has also given us tips on how to grow as a company, i.e. interesting new marketing strategies, online presence, social media, etc. A little tip we have learned already is what the 15 technology predictions for the future are and ways to increase our ranking on Google. Also, one of the hot trends that will be big for 2012 will be black ties.
We also got to see a presentation by Sasha Souza, a very well known Designer and Planner in California and Kathy Ireland, a Bridal Gown Designer.
We are enjoying our mini vacation that has been both relaxing and informative. It has been a great wedding season for 2011. We have one more 50th Wedding Anniversary in October 2011 and then we are going to rest up and prepare for the busy 2012 year ahead with all the new ideas that we will be bringing back from the States.
